Are you considering taking a longer break and want to rent the apartment for months? Or have other requests. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Check in
You can check into the apartment from 2 pm on the day of arrival

Check out
On the day of departure, please check out by 11 am. Please put the key back in the key box.

Parking facilities
The apartment does not have its own parking space. However, there are plenty of public parking spaces available.

Access
The apartment can be reached via stairs, so unfortunately not completely barrier-free.

Keys
Unless otherwise agreed, the keys are in the key box directly at the entrance to the apartment. You can open the key box using a 4-digit code, which will be provided to you in good time. If you lose the key, please contact the emergency number.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge incl. freezer compartment, stove with oven, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and crockery.

Bed linen and towels
On your arrival, the beds are freshly made and sufficient towels are available. Please strip the beds on departure and throw the used towels in the shower. You must bring your own bath and beach towels.

Bathroom and toilet
Please note how the toilet works. Please use little toilet paper, as the pipes are very thin and blockages should be avoided.

Laundry
The washing machine in the utility room can be used.

Utility room
In the utility room with the washing machine you will also find cleaning utensils for use. Vacuum cleaner, broom, hand brush and shovel.

The apartment has an unconventional room layout, where you have to cross the bedroom to get to the balcony room.

Dog owners
We kindly ask you to bring your own blanket or basket for your dog. The family member may be present, but please do not put it on the bed, sofa or armchair, out of consideration for other guests. In the event of additional soiling and inspection of the cleaning staff, any additional costs incurred will be charged.

Final cleaning
The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned after departure. Please leave the apartment swept clean and the dishes washed.
